Why do I have to submit a copy of my credit card’s front-face?
We need to verify the details on your credit card's front side copy against the profile to ensure that the information is accurate and valid.
During the deposit process, the card details are stored in a fully encrypted format and not accessible by the Operator, therefore we need to verify the card details prior to initiating the withdrawal transfer.
